We are a foundation made up of individuals with disabilities, medical professionals, psychologists, and business experts. Our primary mission is to create direct and easy access to suitable work environments for people with disabilities. As advocates for the rights of people with disabilities—more than 500,000 in Bulgaria, according to statistics—we aim to transform public opinion, workplace conditions, and policies related to integrating individuals with disabilities into society.

We have real success stories of individuals with disabilities who, despite challenges, have achieved personal and professional growth, becoming happy, productive, and thriving specialists in various fields.
We are the only organization in Bulgaria developing an online platform that connects employers, doctors, psychologists, lawyers, career counselors, and individuals with disabilities. The goal is to focus on defining skills rather than disabilities.

Our Methodology for Skill Definition is the only one of its kind in Bulgaria. It has been created by specialists and approved by three government institutions. The entire program is designed to be conducted online, utilizing innovative technologies and practices.

One of our objectives is to establish training programs and centers where individuals can acquire essential professional skills.

The first step is for our organization to help you accurately identify your skills and abilities through the Skill Definition Methodology. We assist in creating a CV, registering with the employment office, and providing consultation about your rights as an employee.

Is My Personal Data Safe?

Our organization complies with all GDPR requirements. The information we collect is securely stored in a virtual cloud with the highest level of security and varying levels of access. All personal data, including medical documentation, will be anonymized. The purpose of the collected information is to enhance the Skill Definition Methodology processes and build trust between employers, government organizations, and individuals with disabilities. Additionally, it shortens the time required to find and secure suitable employment.
